Plum-shaped elastic elements are installed between the convex claws of two semi-coupling with the same shape, so as to realize the connection of the two semi-coupling. Through the extrusion between the convex claws and the elastic elements, the elastic deformation of the elastic elements can compensate for the relative deviation of the two axes and realize the shock absorption and buffering.
Characteristic
1. It can compensate the relative offset of two axes, reduce vibration and buffer performance. It has small diameter, simple structure and no lubrication.
2. High bearing capacity, easy maintenance, axially moving to replace elastic components, suitable for coaxial connection, frequent starting, positive and negative transformation, medium speed, medium torque and other transmission shafting and working parts requiring high reliability.
3. It has good balance performance and is suitable for high speed applications, but it can not deal with large deviations, especially axial deviation.
4. Greater eccentricity and deflection will produce larger bearing load than other servo couplings.
